||Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene
||ABS is the most commonly used printing material for FDM. ABS materials are usually assembled in thin wire discs and printed by heating and melting through a 3D printing nozzle. Because the nozzle needs to be solidified immediately after spraying, the temperature of the nozzle heating is controlled in the thermal melting point of ABS material 1 ~ 2℃ higher, different ABS due to different melting points, for the nozzle that can not adjust the temperature is not matched.
||PC material is a true thermoplastic material, with all the characteristics of engineering plastics: high strength, high temperature resistance, impact resistance, bending resistance, can be used as the final part. The sample made of PC material can be directly assembled and used for transportation and home appliance industry. PC material color is relatively single, only white, but its strength is about 60% higher than ABS material, with super engineering material properties, widely used in consumer electronics, home appliances, automobile manufacturing, aerospace, medical equipment and other fields.

||PSU is an amber material with a thermal deformation temperature of 189℃. It has the highest strength, best heat resistance and best corrosion resistance among all thermoplastic materials. It is usually used as final parts and is widely used in aerospace, transportation and medical industries. PSU materials provide a direct digital manufacturing experience and are very stable and can be used in conjunction with RORTUS devices to achieve amazing results.
||Acrylic (plexiglass) material surface finish is good, can be printed out transparent and translucent products. Currently, it is possible to print dental models using acrylic materials for orthodontic treatment.

||Nylon aluminum powder is a part of aluminum powder mixed in nylon powder, which is printed by SLS technology to make the printed product have metallic luster. When the content of aluminum powder increased from 0 to 50%, the thermal deformation temperature, tensile strength, bending strength, bending modulus and hardness of the finished product were increased by 87 ℃, 10.4%, 62.1%, 122.3% and 70.4% respectively compared with those of pure nylon sintered parts. In addition, the tensile strength, elongation at break and impact strength of the sintered parts also increased with the decrease of the average particle size of aluminum powder. This material is often used in the printing of creative products of decorations and jewelry.
