CNC machining is that it is a subtractive manufacturing process that typically employs computerized controls and machine tools to remove layers of material from a stock piece—known as the blank or workpiece—and produces a custom-designed part. This process is suitable for a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, wood, glass, foam, and composites, and finds application in a variety of industries, such as large CNC machining, machining of parts and prototypes for telecommunications, and CNC machining aerospace parts, which require tighter tolerances than other industries.
The automated nature of CNC machining enables the production of high precision and high accuracy, simple parts and cost-effectiveness when fulfilling one-off and medium-volume production runs. However, while CNC machining demonstrates certain advantages over other manufacturing processes, the degree of complexity and intricacy attainable for part design and the cost-effectiveness of producing complex parts is limited.

Tolerance Standard
CNC machining on metal parts and plastic parts. We can make parts according to your tolerance requirements, if you do not have special requirements on the tolerance,our tolerance is according to the standard of SJ/T10628-1995 standards, class 2. We are able to make repeated positioning accuracy within tolerance 0.005mm, providing strong guarantee for precision parts.
Surface Treatment
With CNC machining, we can make different surface treatment, such as Anodizing, Brushing, Galvanized, Sandblasting, Polishing, Powder Coating, Plating, Printing and Laser Engraving etc. From below picture, you can find the effect of different surface treatment.
Process Flow Diagram
Once the order is confirm, we will arrange the purchase of the raw material and inspect it, then start making of the part and arrange the surface treatment, will inspect it once sample is ready. After the pre-production sample is confirmed, the sample will be sealed immediately. prenatal sampling inspection, intrapartum sampling inspection, and postpartum sampling inspection, and the inspection results will be recorded in time. All files are traceable.
