Chloroprene Rubber (CR)-Polychloroprene

It exhibits excellent resistance to oxidation and ozone, is non-flammable (self-extinguishing), and offers good resistance to oils, solvents, acids, alkalis, and aging, as well as good air-tightness. However, it has poor low-temperature resistance, high specific gravity, and relatively high cost; its electrical insulation properties are poor, and during processing, it is prone to sticking to rollers, scorching, and sticking to molds. Additionally, the raw rubber has poor stability and is difficult to store.
